2D Design Service

How does it work?

I will meet with you at your home free of charge to establish a list of needs and wants for your outdoor spaces. Draft up a design contract that outlines the scope of work discussed and how much time it will take me to generate a master plan that meets all of your needs and solve any existing site issues like drainage, privacy etc. 

 

A conceptual masterplan will outline proposed locations for landscape features like: walkways, decks, steps, pool, hot tub, shed, firepit, outdoor kitchens, water features, gardens, retaining, screening, shade and colour. Incorporating landscape features will increase your property value and enhance your outdoor experience.

How much does it cost?

 

Masterplan investments start at $800 and increases according to size of property and scope of work. 

 

Customizing a plan to fit perfectly within your needs, wants and most importantly budget requires time spent planning, researching and developing ideas. 

3D Design & Detail Drawings

The landscape industry is always growing and evolving. In addition to traditional 2D landscape plans, I also offer 3D renderings on Google Sketchup. This is helpful because it allows you to actually experience in 3D what your outdoor space is going to look like!
